Types of scholarships

The Erasmus Mundus IANUS scholarships are available for two different groups of candidates (Target Group 1 and Target Group 2), according to nationality and to the university where the candidate is registered / works or where he/she has obtained the university degree from.

1. Target Group 1 (TG1)

• •  If you are registered / work at a partner university in Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova or Ukraine, you belong to Target Group 1 and you may apply for an undergraduate, master, doctorate, post-doctorate, academic or administrative staff mobility (short duration programme) or for a full degree master programme;

• !!! All full degree master scholarships were awarded in the 1st call for applications for IANUS; if you are interested in applying for a full degree scholarship, please check the IANUS II webpage.

• •  If you are registered / work at a European partner university, you also belong to Target Group 1 and you may apply for an undergraduate, master, doctorate, post-doctorate, academic or administrative staff mobility (short duration programme).

2. Target Group 2 (TG2)

• •  If you are registered / work at a higher education institution in Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova or Ukraine not included in the IANUS partnership, you belong to Target Group 2 and you may apply for a master, doctorate, post-doctorate, academic or administrative staff mobility (short duration programme);

• •  If you have obtained a university degree in Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova or Ukraine, you also belong to Target Group 2 and you may apply for a post-doctorate mobility (short duration programme).
