Important!
1. All uploaded documents should be in English. At this stage of the application, you may translate the documents yourself. However, you should keep in mind that, if selected, you will have to provide a scanned copy of the original documents, together with the authorized translation; in case of any discrepancy between the information (e.g. dates, years, grades, etc.) provided by the 2 translations, you will be automatically disqualified.
2. Some partner universities may ask for additional documents and certificates (for example a proof of registration, degrees and transcripts from all previous study levels, a pre-admission letter from the host university or certified translations). Please make sure that you have read the corresponding University Information Sheet that is available, on the Partners page, for each partner university, and that you have checked the specific description of the study program you would like to follow in the Academic Offer section of the website. Furthermore, in order to make sure that you are aware of all documents required by the host university of your choice, we suggest that you write to the IANUS contact person at the respective university and ask for their confirmation.
3. For all study records/ certificates, you will upload both the scanned original (signed and stamped by your home university) and the translation of the respective document into English.
